Do you offer building repairs and maintenance?
Yes, but we primarily retain these services solely for our clients who have partnered with us for their new construction or building addition needs. Yes, Fox Structures is a fully licensed and insured construction company. We have been in operation for over 40 years and intimately understand the regulations and requirements of the structures we build. Safety is a top priority for our team, both in our shop and while on project sites.

Do you offer financing options?
No, Fox Structures does not offer financing options for construction or concrete services. We can, however, assist you in obtaining the proper financing for your project.

Can you work with my existing plans or do you provide design services?
Our preferred model is to use our architectural team to develop and design your plans. This ensures your plan is compatible with our specific methods of building. Our on-site designers are experienced in turning even the most basic concepts into unique final designs.
How do you ensure safety on the job site?
We follow all OSHA standards of safety and take additional precautions like learning about your property and location to ensure the safety of both our employees and anyone else on or near the job site. Our crew is experienced in working on projects at active farms, agricultural properties and commercial businesses that require additional safety precautions to keep the facility or business open and operational.
How do you handle permits and inspections for construction projects?
Our team is experienced in adhering to the requirements of different municipalities throughout Northeast Wisconsin and can assist you in obtaining the proper building permits for your project.
